FORMER president Edgar Lungu says it is an act of grotesque violation of human rights to use live ammunition on unarmed citizens trying to make a living. Lungu has also admitted that police were not innocent during his tenure. On Sunday, police in Kasempa clashed with some illegal miners as they attempted to remove them from a mine in Dengwe area.
