COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga says government will commence the installation of roof solar panels to government institutions, among them universities and health facilities next month. And Mulenga says government has decided that Mulungushi textiles and all new industries to be developed should work away from Zesco by installing independent power plants.
