GOVERNANCE Activist RuEben Lifuka says the questionable payment of $16 million made to Prestige Motors Limited requires comprehensive investigation in order to prevent further financial loss. And Lifuka has recommended the establishment of a Joint Taskforce comprising experts from relevant government agencies in order to build on findings by the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee.
