FORMER First Lady Esther Lungu’s lawyer, Charles Changano, says now that his client has regained possession of her 15 double-storey flats, he is ready to argue that the properties are not proceeds of crime. And Changano says he has advised his client not to dispose of her flats until the Court of Appeal concludes the matter. His comment follows the Court of Appeal’s decision to stay the execution of the judgement that forfeited Esther’s 15 double-storey flats.
