GOVERNMENT Chief Whip Stafford Mulusa says government already has the two thirds majority needed to amend the Constitution because some PF MPs are aligned with the ruling party. And Mulusa says Mporokoso PF MP Brian Mundubile should not be talking trash about the government’s intentions because he is one of the members of parliament who were pushing for constitutional amendments.
