THE Ministry of Community Development and Social Services, in partnership with UNICEF, has launched Phase II of the United Nations Joint Programme on Social Protection (UNJSP-II), aimed at strengthening child safeguarding and addressing social-welfare issues. Speaking during a media workshop in Kabwe, Tuesday, Senior Community Development Officer Mzamose Zulu highlighted initiatives under the programme designed to empower vulnerable groups, especially women and farmers.
