LUSAKA lawyer Sakwiba Sikota says by continuously making remarks on the demise of former president Edgar Lungu, President Hakainde Hichilema is complicating the ongoing negotiations between government and the Lungu family. Meanwhile, Sikota says there is no legislation which stipulates that all Zambian presidents should be buried at Embassy Park. On Monday, President Hichilema stated that it was a legal requirement that all presidents were buried at Embassy Park. The President said he didn’t like the Embassy Park but by virtue of occupying the presidential seat, he had no choice.
