FORMER Special Assistant to the President for Political Affairs in the Patriotic Front (PF) administration Zumani Zimba says President Hakainde Hichilema departed from the virtues of democracy when he spoke against APNAC Secretary General Munir Zulu. And Zimba says President Hichilema should openly apologise to his predecessor Edgar Lungu for issuing disparaging remarks against him.
