HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu has disclosed that 12 suspects have been apprehended in Lusaka for thefts targeting motorists at the Kafue traffic circle in the Central Business District (CBD). Meanwhile, Mwiimbu has warned that government would not tolerate activities aimed at creating anarchy in the country.
