PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has wondered why African countries are made to pay higher interests than Europeans when accessing financing. And President Hichilema says what his administration is doing for marketers through ensuring financing is what it did for free education and CDF, saying many doubted his government’s ability to deliver.
