FORMER Southern Province Minister Edify Hamukale says it would be irresponsible for anyone who wants to see the government perform better to congratulate it for the late distribution of inputs. Government yesterday announced that it has completed the distribution of inputs under the FISP programme for the 2022/23 farming season. Agriculture Minister Mtolo Phiri revealed that as at January 26, 2023, his ministry had distributed 99.88 percent of inputs, saying the remaining percentage was on the part of reconciliations.
