COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga says he feels sorry for his Mines counterpart Paul Kabuswe and President Hakainde Hichilema, looking at the challenges they are facing just to unlock Konkola and Mopani Copper Mines. And Mulenga says the new dawn government has so far attracted US$8 billion worth of investments since taking office.
