GOVERNMENT says public officials have a duty to create conditions in which doing business in the country becomes cost-effective and efficient for both local and foreign investors. Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says this will ensure that major tourist locations in the nation reach the levels of Egypt’s Sharm El Sheikh or beyond.
