SCIENCE and Technology Permanent Secretary Brilliant Habeenzu says government is in the process of finalising the appointment of Zamtel board members. President Hakainde Hichilema dissolved the board of the Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited (Zamtel) on October 12, 2021.
