ZAMBIA Revenue Authority ZRA Commissioner General Dingani Banda says VAT is the weakest link in the country and that there is need for Zambia to address structural challenges in the tax administration. And Banda says there is need for the Authority and the media to work together in growing the knowledge gap on tax matters.
