CRUSHERS and Edible Oil Refiners Association (CEDORA) Director Dr Aubrey Chibumba has expressed disappointment at government’s decision to ban the exportation of soya bean meal and cake without consulting. Dr Chilumba says the ban was influenced by the Poultry Association of Zambia (PAZ) because it wants to manipulate prices of soya bean products.
