ZAMBIA Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) acting Director General Justin Matimuna has warned that the authority will impose legal sanctions on procuring entities which are not using the E-GP system. And Matimuna has disclosed that in the third quarter of 2024, the authority undertook a total of 17 investigations into various procurement matters, of which nine had been concluded.
