PF lawyer Tutwa Ngulube has dragged some UPND officials and police officers to the Lusaka High Court over his “pending arrest”, following an ultimatum allegedly given to some officers by ruling party cadres. Ngulube says some UPND officials stormed a Police Station and allegedly demanded his arrest, failure to which, they themselves would launch a manhunt and “injure or kill him”. He states that the police had indicated to him that he was on his own and could not be provided with any security or protection against the UPND cadres because they feared being dismissed.
