PF faction president Miles Sampa has sought leave of the court to commence judicial review proceedings, challenging the Registrar of Societies’ decision to amend the list of PF office bearers. Sampa claims that the Registrar of Societies unilaterally amended the list of PF office bearers without notifying him or other legitimate office bearers.
