PF faction president Miles Sampa has sought leave of the court to commence judicial review proceedings, challenging the Registrar of Societies’ decision to amend the list of PF office bearers. Sampa claims that the Registrar of Societies unilaterally amended the list of PF office bearers without notifying him or other legitimate office bearers. Sampa, who has cited the Chief Registrar of Societies and the Attorney General as first and second respondents, wants the Lusaka High Court to quash the decision to amend the list of office bearers.
