A 49-YEAR-OLD Paediatric Oncologist at the Cancer Diseases Hospital has testified before the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court that the seven-year-old cancer patient, who was allegedly defiled by her father, had lacerations on her private parts. Dr Grace Chingo was testifying in the matter in which Cornhill Habowa, of Mizinga Farm, is charged with one count of incest contrary to Section 159(1) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
