DEMOCRATIC Party president Harry Kalaba says Justice Esau Chulu needs to be celebrated because he has put Zambia on the SADC map when it comes to holding credible elections. President Hakainde Hichilema recently notified justice Chulu, who was Electoral Commission of Zambia Chairperson, and his Vice, Emily Sikazwe of the expiration of their contracts and non-renewal of tenure.
