LOCAL Government Service Commission Chairperson Ackson Sejani says 53 Lusaka City Council employees, 46 of these being in senior management, do not have the requisite qualifications. And Sejani says an audit has revealed that 18 council officers are on suspension due to corruption and bribery offences, among others.
