THE Constitutional Court has upheld the election of Christopher Kang’ombe and Christopher Shakafuswa as Kamfisa and Mandevu PF members of parliament, respectively. The Court held, separately, that Kang’ombe and Shakafuswa were duly elected in their constituencies. In a judgement delivered, Friday, the Constitutional Court said after analysing the evidence of the High Court, they came to a conclusion that Kang’ombe was duly elected and did not engage in electoral malpractices as was alleged by the losing UPND candidate Subeta Mutelo. .
