MINISTRY of Information and Media Director and Spokesperson Thabo Kawana says there is no minister using a new VX motor vehicle as they are all using land cruisers left by the previous regime. Kawana further says the new VXs that have been identified were bought during PF’s time, shortly before elections but were only delivered after the polls. Secretary to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa recently directed public service employees to surrender all brand new VX motor vehicles to the Ministry of Transport and Logistics for safekeeping before they are sold.
