CHAPTER One Foundation executive director Linda Kasonde says it is not only lamentable but also unjustifiable for a country in which over 50 per cent of the population are women to have just two women serving in Cabinet. And Kasonde says the politicisation of the public service has become a disturbing trend in Zambia.
