A National Technology Business Centre (NTBC) student on Thursday attacked Technology and Science Minister Felix Mutati as he was giving a speech during the Lusaka Slush’D event, shouting “give me my money!” Albert Kapilila, who is one of the Technology Business Development Fund (TBDF) award candidates, stormed Mutati’s session and went to the podium, demanding to be paid. “If you can’t fulfil what you promised to the people, it’s better to keep quiet.
