VICE-President Mutale Nalumango yesterday described Racheal Chileshe as a mad woman during a heated phone conversation in which the former confronted the latter for lying that she was suffering in her office. In response, Chileshe also told Vice-President Nalumango that she is also mad. The altercation ensued from another phone conversation which Chileshe, who was a member of President Hakainde Hichilema’s campaign team in 2016, had with NGOCC Board Chairperson Grace Sinkamba.
