MINISTER of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says the drought being experienced in the country is giving government sleepless nights. Speaking when he featured on Prime TV’s The Big Debate programme, Tuesday, Dr Musokotwane said government’s priority was to feed the people while working out a scheme which would help farmers who had been affected by the drought to continue farming. “Obviously, the biggest shock that we have now is the drought, it is giving us sleepless nights.
