FOREIGN Affairs Minister Mulambo Haimbe says there is a proposal for Zambia and Zimbabwe to elevate their relationship to a binational commission so that relationship matters between the two countries can be dealt with at presidential level. And Haimbe says portraying falsehoods puts the country in a bad light to the international community. Meanwhile, Haimbe says the opposition are able to engage Zambian citizens through press conferences and churches, among other platforms, without any interference.
