DRUG Enforcement Commission (DEC) Director General Nason Banda says hospitals and clinics are struggling to cope with the influx of patients suffering from drug-related illnesses. And Banda has urged youths to refrain from alcohol, drug and substance abuse by engaging in healthy activities and striving for excellence in all they do.
