PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has called on Zambians to pick lessons of diligence, professionalism and impartiality from people like late former Chief Justice Annel Silungwe. Speaking during Justice Silungwe’s funeral church service yesterday, President Hichilema said the late former Chief Justice was known for executing and delivering timely justice. “The work he did for our public sector, particularly in the legal fraternity was tremendous.
