LUSAKA Province Deputy Permanent Secretary Alex Mapushi says civil servants can utilise affordable loans being offered by government entities like Public Service Micro Finance Company Limited to purchase solar energy solutions. And while acknowledging that it is a good initiative, the Civil Servants and Allied Workers Union of Zambia has questioned whether the loan facility is affordable for already indebted civil servants.
