FIRST Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Attractor Chisangano says there is a scheduled ministerial statement on the effect of the United State’s aid freeze on the health sector. Chisangano said this in the House yesterday after Nkana Independent MP Binwell Mpundu rose on an urgent matter without notice on whether Vice-President Mutale Nalumango was in order not to address the nation on the US aid freeze. “The health system of Zambia has benefited over many years greatly from the support from cooperating partners.
