SOCIALIST Party National Youth Chairperson Kelvin Kaunda says the audio circulating on social media, in which he and Fred M’membe’s daughter Akende M’membe are allegedly heard plotting how they would ‘hijack’ the Tonse Alliance leadership, is fabricated. Kaunda says the Tonse Alliance is divided over SP’s intention to join the alliance, adding that the audio was made up out of desperation. In the audio, the duo is heard making plans to ensure that the Alliance is taken over smoothly before Edgar Lungu, who they said is currently in a hospital in Johannesburg, South Africa, returns.
