THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested Serenje District Council Chairperson Staivous Mulumba for allegedly engaging in corrupt practices involving K20,000. In a statement released Wednesday, ACC Head of Corporate Communications Timothy Moono said Mulumba, 43, of House No. 1719, Low Density area in Serenje, had been charged with one count of corrupt practices by a public officer.
