MINEWORKERS Union of Zambia president Joseph Chewe says government should apply the same force it uses on Zambians when dealing with foreigners found operating illegally in artisanal mines. On Sunday, President Hakainde Hichilema warned that he would deal with any foreigners found in artisanal mines as they belonged to Zambians.
