NATIONAL Road Fund Agency Board Chairperson, Noel Nkoma, says the agency has resolved not to entertain contractors at its offices because their presence can be a conduit for corruption. And Nkoma has dispelled assertions by PF Information and Publicity Chairperson, Emmanuel Mwamba, that the UPND government has borrowed over $6 billion since it formed government. Further, Nkoma says it is unfortunate that money was turned into toilet paper during the PF regime when it should have been scarce.
