THE High Court sitting in Mansa has nullified the Kasama Central Seat which was held by former defence minister Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba’s daughter Sibongile Mwamba. So far, seven PF parliamentary seats have been nullified due to malpractices in the build up to the August 12th general election. On Tuesday the High Court sitting in Kasama nullified the Lubansenshi Parliamentary seat which was held by Kabwe Chewe of PF. Previously on Monday, the Kasama High Court nullified former transport and communications minister Mutotwe Kafwaya’s Lunte seatm, while the Chinsali High Court nullified the Nakonde parliamentary seat which was held by PF’s Lukas Simumba.
