HEAD of the SADC Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) to the recently held elections in Zimbabwe Dr Nevers Mumba has bemoaned what he terms act of desperation by some members of the opposition who are quoted in a Zimbabwean documentary which accuses President Hakainde Hichilema of toppling neighbouring governments on behalf of the West. The documentary quotes, among others, Given Lubinda, Chilufya Tayali, Raphael Nakacinda, Emmanuel Mwamba and Dr Fred M’membe, giving their opinion on Mumba’s selection as Head of Election Observer Mission in Zimbabwe.
