MINISTER of Youth, Sport and Arts Elvis Nkandu says former president Edgar Lungu will never praise the new dawn government despite everything they’ve done which attracts praise. And Nkandu says UPND will never interfere with independent government agencies the way Lungu did. On Saturday, Lungu said President Hakainde Hichilema was using a clenched fist to hold a firm grip on Law Enforcement Agencies, Parliament and other public institutions to instil fear in the people.
