MINISTER of Local Government and Rural Development Gary Nkombo says fixing the economy is not like fixing a bicycle, stressing that it requires putting certain things in place over time. And Nkombo says he normally produces 200 bags of maize on his farm, but this year, due to the drought situation, he only managed to produce 20 bags.
