FORMER president Edgar Lungu has urged Malawian citizens to remain peaceful as the country prepares for the 2025 general elections, noting that they will be deciding between “experience” and “experiments”. In a Facebook post, Wednesday, Lungu remarked that what was happening in Malawi was politically big. “Oh, it’s happening politically big in Malawi. This is highly commendable first to the sitting President and opposition political parties too. I hear that, as they vote next year, most people will decide between ‘experience’ and ‘experiments’. Best wishes to our brothers and sisters in Malawi. Stay blessed, peaceful and safe!” wrote Lungu....
