ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro has emphasised the need for continuous engagements with various stakeholders, especially as the country prepares for the 2026 general elections. And ECZ Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis says the violence being talked about in recent by-elections cannot be compared to the serious violence that occurred in the past. Meanwhile, Socialist Party General Secretary Dr Cosmas Musumali has lamented that the ruling party is getting away with a lot of issues during the electoral process that are not being challenged.
