PETAUKE Central Independent MP Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda’s lawyer, Kennedy Mambwe, says his client is recuperating well despite being detained. Mambwe also says Jay Jay is in high spirits. Recently, Mambwe disclosed that Banda had developed a medical condition whereby his intestines were protruding from his anus, causing some bleeding. He said the condition developed as Banda was being transported to Chipata, where he was arrested and charged for aggravated robbery and attempted murder.
