LOCAL Government and Rural Development Minister Gary Nkombo says government is waiting to see who will vomit blood from hunger, by December, as predicted by FDD president Edith Nawakwi. In an interview, Tuesday, Nkombo said government had put in place systems to mitigate the effects of the drought. “December is surely coming and there is no doubt about that and only prophets of doom like those two (Harry Kalaba and Edith Nawakwi) can actually indicate such [terrible] statements and they are going by the drought that we are going through as a region, not just as a nation.
