ANOTHER conversation has leaked in which Petauke Independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda is heard telling Health Minister Sylvia Masebo that a person named Daniel Mwale must be investigated. But Masebo says it’s criminal that her private conversation with Banda was recorded and she has since reported the matter to the police. In the said audio, Banda wonders how his alleged abductors knew about his movements when he only his driver was aware about where he needed to be.
