STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka has questioned where people get the notion that the President is involved in police operations, insisting that he had no hand in what transpired at the Cathedral of the Child Jesus. And Hamasaka says President Hakainde Hichilema will leave the presidency when God wants him to.
