SOCIALIST Party National Youth Chairperson Kelvin Kaunda says the ruling party is becoming arrogant. Kaunda says UPND should learn from the experience of the PF that the vice does not pay. On Friday, Vice-President Mutale Nalumango said UPND was not a one-term government, adding that the ruling party was extremely comfortable knowing that it would still be in power after 2026.
