POLICE in Mazabuka have arrested a 36-year-old man for allegedly defiling a six-year-old girl. In a statement, Southern Province Police Deputy Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo said on January 24, 2025 at around 15:00 hours, the victim and her twin brother went to play at their neighbour’s place.
