KAMFINSA PF MP Christopher Kang’ombe has called on Energy Minister Makozo Chikote to explain why Zambians have been subjected to high fuel prices for the past three years. Last Thursday, Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti directed Chikote to present a ministerial statement on Agro Fuel today.
